J'ai essaye avec une clé USB Ubuntu, celle-ci fonctionne parfaitement tant que je n'essaie pas d'installer le système d'exploitation. De plus je trouve bizarre que le Pc ne possède qu'une barrette mémoire de 4 Go alors que le processeur soit un I7. Par contre je n'ai pas tenter un formatage comme vous me le proposé.

Hello, thank you for this quick response. I tried with an Ubuntu USB stick, it works perfectly as long as I don't try to install the operating system. In addition, I find it weird that the PC only has a 4GB memory stick while the processor is an i7. On the other hand, I didn't try a formatting as you proposed.

Bonjour, j'ai remarqué que la version du bios était A05 mais que sur le site internet il était disponible A12. Je souhaiterais mettre a jour le bios mais impossible de trouver dans le menu F12 l'option de mise à jour, comme il n'y a pas de disque dur donc aucun système d'exploitation, comment puis je upgrader le bios. Merci beaucoup.

J'ai essayé avec Windows 8.1 64 bits, Windows 10 64Bits, Windows 11 64 Bits, WINPE 64 bits a chaque fois le même message d'erreur.
